This agreement applies to the rental of pitches for tents, caravans and mobile homes as well as to the rental of cottages. In addition to these conditions, the rules of order must also be followed when you stay with us. We reserve the right to move you to equivalent accommodation. Bookings made via other booking portals (e.g. booking.com/camping.se) may have different booking conditions.
Age limit for booking and access
To book / enter into an agreement with us you must be 18 years of age. Compliance with the age limit is a requirement to gain access to the camping site /cottage. Identification may occur upon arrival. Exceptions apply to groups such as schools/associations.
Booking confirmation
You will receive a written confirmation of your booking. The booking confirmation contains important information regarding your booking. Make sure the content of the booking confirmation matches what you booked. If you find any errors in the confirmation, please inform us as soon as possible.
Check-in & Check-out
For cottages, check-in time is 15:00 and checkout time is 11:00
For camping site for tent, caravan or motorhome, check-in time is 13:00 and check-out time is 12:00
When will my booking become binding?
The booking will be binding once you have received confirmation of your booking from us. It can be done in different ways, in writing, via email or through a booking system on the internet.
Open purchase for 24 hours
You have an open purchase for 24 hours if there is more than 7 days left to arrive.
Service fee
For booking online no fee is charged. For bookings with personal service, a handling fee of SEK 135 per booking opportunity is charged.
When should I pay for the stay?
You pay at least 30% of the amount within 20 days from the time of the booking as a registration fee. If you book earlier than 30 days before arrival, you can choose to pay the remaining amount of the stay in installments. The registration fee and any partial payments are deducted from the final payment. The remaining settlement should be paid at the latest 30 days before arrival when you book a campsite or cottage. If the booking is made 30 days before arrival or later, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Late or no payment
If you do not pay any initial registration fee on time, we are entitled to cancel your booking. If you are late with your final payment, and despite reminders don’t pay in full, it counts as a cancellation on your part and then the cancellation policy for Bas/Flex-booking applies.
What rules apply if I want to change or cancel a booking with FLEX?
If you choose the “Flex” price option at the time of booking, you can rebook or cancel until 15.00 the day before arrival – without reason and get all money back except the cancellation protection. The price of the cancellation protection is 10% of the accommodation cost. If you need to cancel later than 15:00 the day before arrival or choose to cancel an ongoing stay, valid reasons are required which must be proven with a relevant certificate from e.g. doctor or insurance company. The certificate must reach us no later than 30 days after the date the stay was cancelled. After receiving the relevant certificate, the amount for the unused part of the booking will be refunded, excluding the cancellation protection.
Valid reasons:
- In the event of death, illness or accident of a serious nature that affects you, your partner, your parents, children, siblings or fellow traveler,
- That some other serious event occurs beyond your control, e.g. extensive fire or flooding in your home, which means that it is not reasonable to ask you to stand by your booking,
- When called up to the armed forces or the civil defence
- If you are prevented from completing your booking due to unemployment or new employment.
The amount you are entitled to get back will be paid no later than 10 days after we receive a certificate showing that you have the right to cancel.
What rules apply if I want to change or cancel a booking with BAS?
If you have made your reservation without the “Flex” option and thus selected the BAS price, you do not have the right to change or cancel your reservation unless it happens earlier than 30 days before arrival. If the cancellation takes place no later than 30 days before the arrival date, you will get back 70% of the agreed amount. If you make a change in the booking that results in a lower total amount, 70% of the difference will be refunded to you.
If the cancellation occurs 29 days before the date of arrival or closer to arrival, or if you cancel an ongoing stay, no money will be refunded.

Camping Key Europe or Camping-ID
We are members of SCR Svensk Camping where Camping Key Europe (CKE) is compulsory for accommodation on pitches for tent, caravan and motorhome. The CKE card can be purchased as a benefit card alt. as a free Camping ID. Both options can be subscribed free of charge/purchased at the facility alt. online before arrival. Missed check out
If you have missed checking out on the day of departure at the appointed time, we will contact you. If we do not get in touch with you, we have the right to move your belongings/luggage out to enable cleaning for future guests. We will charge you for cleaning.
What rights do I have?
In the event of our breach of contract, serious disruptions or if the service otherwise deviates from information that we have provided or what you could have reasonably expected, you have the right to demand remedial action, price reduction or cancellation. Breach of contract or other lack of service due to reasons beyond our control does not entitle compensation under this agreement (see section: Limits for the facility’s control responsibility, below).
Errors that occur during your stay must be reported to us immediately so that we can remedy the error. If you fail to report errors, you cannot claim compensation either.
If you have received compensation but are not satisfied with it, you must notify us within 3 weeks (21 days) of departure. This can be done orally, in writing or via e-mail. We recommend email.
Limits for the facility’s responsibility of control
In case your booked visit cannot be carried out due to an obstacle beyond our control and which we could not reasonably have been expected to have anticipated when the agreement was concluded and whose consequences we could not reasonably have avoided or overcome, we are free from liability for damages or other penalties.
If the obstacle is due to someone we hired to fully or partially carry out the camping service, we are only free from liability for damages if the person we hired would also be free according to the paragraph above. The same applies if the deficiency is due to a supplier that we have hired or someone else in the previous ranks.
What are my obligations?
During your stay at the campsite, you are obliged to comply with the applicable rules of order. Violation of the rules of order for the facility, or breach of the agreement in general, may lead to the agreement being terminated with immediate effect, whereby a refund of any remaining rental fee will not be issued. If you stay at the campsite, you will also be responsible for the cost of the entire rental period and for any refunds to guests who have suffered injuries or other damages.
What if we don’t agree?
If we cannot agree, you can e.g. take the help of the following dispute resolution bodies:
- Visita’s responsibility board, which is the industry’s own complaints board. We will follow the responsibility board’s recommendations. http://www.visita.se/mitt-foretag/Ansvarsnamnden/
- The General Complaints Board (see address below) The General Complaints Board is an approved dispute resolution body according to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act. We will follow ARN’s recommendations.

We do not undertake to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures other than the General Complaints Board (ARN) and Visita, but will take a position on this issue in the event of a dispute. You are also free to take the dispute to the general court.

Firstly, to make your booking and stay possible and as smooth as possible, but also to send out information, offers and newsletters to you. In line with the new GDPR legislation, we will collect as little personal data as possible about you.
The information that is stored to send out offers or newsletters will be stored until you withdraw your consent. Information recorded when booking is stored if you choose to be our guest. You are entitled to, once a year, at no cost, upon written request, find out what information has been registered, how they are used, where the data has been retrieved, and to get information about any recipients to which the information has been disclosed. If you no longer want to be a guest with us and want the information to be deleted, you can contact us at any time (if the law, for example, the accounting law) does not prevent us.

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal according to the law (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises is excluded from contracts for accommodation, accommodation or leisure activities and therefore you cannot cancel an agreement for the rental of pitches for tents, caravans and mobile homes or cabins

We offer a range of different types of cottages. They range from small red-washed cottages to larger 54-square-meter cottages with private balconies. You live as comfortably as in your own summer house.

We have both bookable camping pitches for tents but also a specific tent area where you can come as a drop-in guest.

Why not choose one of our popular campervan sites with fantastic views of Lake Vänern. Or if you prefer more privacy and peace and quiet, we have areas for that too.
