Welcome to an unforgettable weekend filled with flavours and excitement as barbecue enthusiasts from all over Sweden gather to compete. At this championship, the Swedish National Barbecue Team will be crowned, which will have the honour of representing Sweden at international competitions such as the European and World Championships in Barbecue and BBQ. And hey, admission is free!
What can you expect from the Swedish Grill & BBQ Championships 2026?
Each year, around 20 teams participate, consisting of 4-5 participants per team. Among the participants you will find everything from experienced chefs to happy amateurs and beginners, creating a wonderful mix of talent and passion. As a visitor, you'll have the chance to get up close to the competition, talk to the competitors and learn their best grilling tips.
More than just a competition
In addition to the exciting competition, there will be an exhibition area where companies will be showcasing the latest products and services in the barbecue and BBQ sector. The event is free and open to all, making it a perfect family activity.
